How to Export Stale Leads from Jobber

If you're using Jobber to manage your home service business, you likely have a goldmine of past clients sitting in your database. Re-engaging these "stale leads" is one of the most effective ways to generate new revenue without spending ad dollars.

This guide explains how to identify and export inactive clients from Jobber so you can upload them to LeadRevival and let our AI draft personalized outreach emails.

Method 1: Targeted Client Export (Recommended)

This method is the most robust, especially for companies with recurring services (like pest control or lawn care) where jobs might not officially "close" until a membership ends. You can filter your client list down to the exact segment you want to re-engage.

  1. Log in to your Jobber account.
  2. Click on Clients in the left sidebar to open your client list.
  3. Click the Filter button (funnel icon) at the top of the client list to open the filtering pane.
  4. Apply filters to target your exact audience:
    • Status: Check the box for Lead if you only want to reach out to leads that never converted.
    • Tags: Use tags to find specific segments (e.g., search for and select custom tags like "Cancelled Membership").
    • Date Created: Select a specific timeframe to target older leads.
  5. Click More Actions (top right) > Export Clients.
  6. In the export window, make sure to select "Clients that match these filters" so you only export your targeted list.
  7. Select CSV format and click Export.

Method 2: The Client Re-Engagement Report

Jobber also has a built-in report for finding clients who haven't booked recently. Note: This method relies on "closed" jobs, which may not be accurate if your business heavily uses recurring services.

  1. Navigate to Reports in the side menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Client Reports section.
  3. Click on Client Re-engagement.
    • This report lists all clients who have not had a closed job in the past 12 months.
  4. Click the Export button (usually top-right of the report).
  5. Select CSV as the format and save the file to your computer.
