We are excited to announce a major update to how we support you on LeadRevival. As we continue to grow, ensuring you have quick access to help is our top priority.

Today, we are rolling out a dedicated Support Dashboard and new communication tools.

Live Chat Support

Need a quick answer? You can now chat with us directly from the dashboard.

  • Look for the "Support" link in the sidebar or the "Start Live Chat" button on the new support page.
  • We use Crisp to power our real-time messaging, ensuring your questions get to us instantly.

Dedicated Support Page

We've centralised all support options at /dashboard/support. From here, you can:

  • Start a Live Chat: For immediate assistance.
  • Send a Message: Use our new categorized support form for bug reports, feature requests, or billing inquiries.
  • Email Us: Find our direct contact information if you prefer standard email.

Improved Email Communication

We've also upgraded our email infrastructure.

  • Reply-To: When you send emails to leads, they can now reply directly to your personal email address.
  • Reliability: We've optimized our integration with Resend to ensure high deliverability for all transactional and support emails.
