How Credits Work
- One Credit = One Lead Analyzed.
- Uploading a CSV does not cost credits immediately. Credits are deducted only when the AI successfully analyzes a row.
- Resets: Your credits reset automatically at the start of your billing cycle (usually the same day of the month you signed up).
Managing Your Subscription
We use Stripe to handle secure billing.
- Click the "Pro" or "Business" badge in the sidebar to upgrade.
- To cancel or update payment methods, go to Settings -> Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
