Sending Emails & Using Templates

LeadRevival makes it easy to send personalized outreach without leaving the dashboard.

Sending an Email

  1. Open a Lead by clicking on their row in the table.
  2. Switch to the Email Composer tab.
  3. Review the Draft: The AI pre-fills a subject and body based on its analysis.
  4. Edit: You can tweak the text, subject, or sign-off.
  5. Send: Click the "Send Email" button. The email is sent immediately via our secure provider.

Setting a "Reply-To" Address

By default, emails come from our system address. To ensure leads reply directly to you:

  1. Go to Settings (Sidebar).
  2. Enter your email in the Reply-To Email field.
  3. Save changes.
  4. Future emails will automatically set this as the reply address. You can also override this on a per-email basis in the Composer.

Using Templates

Be more efficient by creating reusable templates.

Creating a Template:

  1. In the Email Composer, write a generic version of your email.
  2. Use placeholders like {{Name}} or {{Company}} (coming soon).
  3. Click "Save as Template".

Loading a Template:

  1. In the Composer, locate the "Load Template" dropdown.
  2. Select your desired template.
  3. The subject and body will be replaced with the template content.
