Getting Started with LeadRevival

Welcome! LeadRevival helps you turn messy lead lists into personalized email outreach campaigns using AI.

1. Uploading Your Leads

To start, you need a CSV file containing your leads.

Requirements:

  • Format: .csv files only.
  • Size: Maximum 5MB.
  • Headers: Your first row must contain headers (e.g., Name, Company, Website, LinkedIn).
  • Data: We recommend at least a name and a company/website for the best AI analysis.

How to Upload:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Drag and drop your file into the upload zone, or click to select via file browser.
  3. Wait for the upload to complete. Your file will appear in the "Your Files" list.

2. Analyzing Leads

Once uploaded, our AI agents go to work.

  • Click on a file to view its leads.
  • The system will automatically start analyzing rows.
  • What happens? We use Google Gemini to research the prospect and their company, generating a personalized "Insight", a "Relevance Score" (0-100), and a drafted email.

3. Reviewing Results

  • Scores: High scores (80+) indicate a good fit for your offer. Low scores (less than 50) might be worth skipping.
  • Tags: We automatically tag leads based on their industry or status.
  • Filtering: Use the search bar to find specific companies or names.
