Here are solutions to the most common problems users encounter.
1. "Analysis Failed" Error
Sometimes the AI provider (Google Gemini) may be temporarily overloaded or the lead data might be insufficient.
- Fix: Click the "Retry" button on the failed lead.
- Prevention: Ensure your CSV has clear columns for
Company NameandWebsite.
2. Emails Not Being Received
- Check Spam: Ask the recipient to check their spam folder.
- Reply-To: Ensure you have configured a valid Reply-To Email in Settings so recipients can reply to you.
3. CSV Upload Errors
- "Invalid File Type": Ensure the file ends in
.csv. Excel (.xlsx) files must be "Saved As" CSV first. - "File Too Large": The maximum file size is 5MB. Try splitting your list into smaller files.
- "Missing Headers": The first row of your file must contain column names.
4. Login Issues
- We use passwordless login via email (magic links) or Google OAuth.
- If you can't log in, try clearing your browser cache or checking your email spam folder for the magic link.
